VOLUNTEERS
The Heart of Service: Volunteers in the Church
Volunteers are the church’s lifeblood, embodying the Baptist commitment to servant leadership and the Great Commission. Rooted in Jesus’ teachings, Baptists believe in sharing the gospel and serving others selflessly, reflecting Christ’s love in action.
From teaching Bible studies to welcoming guests and organizing outreach programs, volunteers demonstrate faith through deeds, fulfilling James 2:17: “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” Their work strengthens the church community and serves as a living testament to God’s grace and love..
