Grades 6–12
FBCD Youth
Growing in faith, friendship, and purpose together.

For Students & Parents
A place to know Jesus and belong
FBCD Youth serves students in grades 6–12 through biblical teaching, worship, friendships, prayer, and opportunities to serve. We encourage graduates to help lead the next generation as they transition into adult classes.
Our goal is to encourage students to pursue an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church, embrace the power of the gospel, and follow the Holy Spirit with surrendered hearts.

Your First Visit
Come through the front doors
Continue down the hall to the Youth Room. A youth leader or the youth pastor will welcome new students, and our students are encouraged to help visitors feel at home.
Check-in is not currently required, and a parent does not need to accompany a student inside. Parents are always welcome to contact Trey before a first visit.
What happens at Youth Group?
We begin with fellowship—games, food, and time to hang out. Students then worship, study God’s Word together and in small groups, pray, and take part in student-led activities.
- Worship and prayer
- Bible teaching and small groups
- Games, recreation, and food
- Student-led activities
Growing Together
Faith, friendship, and purpose
01
Grow in Faith
Current studies include Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians. Scripture memory is also being added to the ministry’s discipleship rhythm.
02
Build Friendships
Combined gatherings give students space to form meaningful relationships beyond their own grade level.
03
Discover Purpose
Students can serve through worship, media and technology, Kids4Christ, local outreach, mission projects, and student leadership.
Beyond Weekly Meetings
Youth activities
Throughout the year, FBCD Youth may participate in summer camp, retreats, Disciple Now, mission trips, conferences, lock-ins, service projects, fellowship events, and fundraisers.
